David is a dedicated and results-driven attorney with 16 years of expertise in South African legal practice. With a strong focus on civil litigation, labour law and family law, he provides strategic legal solutions tailored to his clients’ unique needs.
David completed his LLB degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2006 and was admitted as an attorney with right of appearance in the High Court in 2009. He then went on to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School in 2016.
David has successfully represented individuals and businesses in complex legal disputes, ensuring their rights are aggressively asserted and protected. His approach combines deep legal knowledge, meticulous preparation, and strong advocacy to achieve the best possible outcomes. He has experience in litigation before the Magistrates’ Court, High Court, Labour Court and various tribunals.
